INTRODUCTION
The SMI Group's existing portfolio of leisure and entertainment business is currently operating at the Wuhan site in Hubei, The People's Republic of China. The site consists of a 6-screen Multiplex Cinema with 1,393 seats on a floor area of approximately 6,000 square meters. The site also operates the concession counter and video games.
The Dynamic Motion Stimulator theatre in Shanghai together with its neighbouring premises have been converted to commercial premises and rented out to a group of retailers.
