| Taman Ipoh Jaya Timur (“TIJ”) |

TIJ is developed by a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anastoria Sdn Bhd. The project site is situated near Gunung Rapat and is approximately 4km to the South-East of Ipoh city centre. It is accessible via Jalan Gopeng and Jalan Utama Gunung Rapat (the old trunk road from Kuala Lumpur). Since 1995, approximately 500 units of landed properties were developed and sold in various phases comprising:
2-storey terrace houses (20' x 75') with average selling price of RM180,000 - RM200,000 2-storey semi-detached houses (35' x 80') with average selling price of RM350,000 - RM380,000 2-storey shop-lots (20' x 70') with average selling price of RM250,000 - RM300,000 2-storey detached houses (50' x 80') with average selling price of RM450,000 - RM500,000

| Taman Saikat |

Taman Saikat is a new development undertaken by Anastoria Sdn Bhd on a 10 acre site next to TIJ. The first phase of Taman Saikat, 1A1-4 comprising 44 units of 2-storey terrace houses was launched in May 2003 and 100% of this phase has been sold and the project completion is 91%. The second phase, 2A1-2 comprising 34 units of 2-storey terraced houses with an average price of RM185,000 each and a total gross development value of RM6.7 million was launched in September 2003.

BMR is a another new development comprising 390 units of double-storey terraced houses undertaken by Anastoria Sdn Bhd on a piece of freehold residential land measuring approximately 17.35 acres in Bandar Meru Raya, Jelapang, Ipoh. The project site is a fast growing neighbourhood which has a very easy access to North-South Highway and also near to government offices, such as Immigration & Identification Dept. The State Government is planning to have a new bus-station to be developed near to the project
Todate, 94 units of double-storey terraced houses have been delivered to proud owners. Besides, 128 units of double-storey terraced houses that are under construction and another 163 units of double-storey terraced houses to be launched in year 2010 & 2012


In the pipeline, in July 2004 is the launching of phase 3A1-3 comprising 40 units of 2 storey terraced houses priced at approximately RM190,000 each with a total gross development value of RM7.6 million.
