Taman Saikat is a residential development undertaken by Anastoria Sdn Bhd was nestled on a 10 acres site at Gunung Rapat area. Its 22 units of Double Storey Terraced launched on April 2013 was completed 100% and obtained Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) on 7th April 2015

Phase 5A1-2 comprises 34 units of Double Storey Terrace Houses with the price ranging from min. RM418,800 to max. RM571,600 with a Gross Development Value of RM14.7million. This Project is one of the balance phase on a 10 acres site of Taman Saikat. Taman Saikat is strategically located at Gunung Rapat area which is within close proximity of the city centre. It was slated to launch on the 2nd quarter of 2017 and targeted to complete with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) within 2 years times frame.



Halaman Meru Impian @ Bandar Meru Raya (BMR)


Bandar Meru Raya is a booming new township in Ipoh, Perak. It is located between Jelapang and Chemor. Many development has occurred in this township such as Mydin Shopping Mall, new bus and texi terminal, Casuarina Hotel and Tenby International School. Several federal government departments has relocated to this area. BMR's development comprising of 390 units of Double Storey Terraced house was undertaken by Anastoria Sdn Bhd. In the late 2005. As at 31st December 2013, 321 units of double storey terraced houses have been completed and handed to purchasers. The last phase in BMR, which comprises of 64 units of double storey terraced houses was priced between minimum RM289,750 and maximum RM461,310 with a GDV of RM20.07 million. This price was launched in Jan 2014 and expected to complete in 2nd quarter of 2016
